For furniture, you can either take your initial furniture price, reduce a little for normal wear and tear and then add on a reasonable sum for any additions you are selling on with the property. Or, if you have added only one or two pieces, you can simply use the original price, with the normal wear and tear being balanced out by the one or two additions.
