The Villas

Plot sizes range from 310sqm to 800sqm (big enough to add you own pool if you wish).

Both the 2- and 3-bedroom villas will have two bathrooms (one shower-room, one bathroom). The villas will have a bicycle storage area. Two sides of the villa will have a terrace in front, with part of this being covered. There will be an open fireplace in each villa, plus a built-in barbecue on the terrace.

Phase 1's swimming pool (in the centre of the Phase 1 site) and tennis courts (in the wooded are next to the site) will be complete in time for the delivery of the properties.
