The Properties
Available to purchase as:
- Guaranteed Leaseback with yields of 3.5% to 4.6% depending on your personal occupation package of either no weeks (4.6%), 2 weeks (4.3%), 4 weeks (4%) or 8 weeks (3.5%).

If, for example, you decide to take the 2 week occupation package (which is fixed for the duration of the 11-year lease, then renegotiable), and wish to stay for more weeks, you can book these for a 20% discount off the brochure price.

- Light Leaseback - where you give either 4 weeks in July, or 4 weeks in August or 10 weeks (July, August and a week either side) to the management company to rent out and are paid a guaranteed income for these weeks, whether the property is filled or not. Plus you can give other weeks and if the property is rented out, you get an income for these weeks.

- Liberty Leaseback - where you can give up to two consecutive years to the management company full time (ie with no use for yourselves) at any time within the 11 years initial lease period for a rental yield of 4.6%. Outside of this you are paid for the weeks that are actually rented out in the period(s) that the property is made available to the rental management company. This paid at 60% of the rental paid by tenants to the management company, except where you have made an introduction of tenants yourselves (eg private advertising), confirmed in writing, when you will be paid 75% of the rental income made.

Note that each week of personal stay by the owner incures a 60E admin fee.
