All apartments have a terrace (ground floor) or big balcony (first and second floors) with views.

5% returns for no personal occupation. You can use your apartment as you like for a discount off the advertised brochure prices of 20% in low season and 15% in high season. The sum due according to how many weeks' use you take in each year will be deducted from your annual yield, so nothing could be simpler.

Initial lease term - 11 years and 6 months.

The management company is the highly-respected Resid'hotel - we know them well and they will usually provide purchasers who ask them, an attestation guaranteeing a penalty-free exit from the lease at its conclusion. Essentially this means that if you want to use the apartment as you wish after the first lease term of 11 and a half years, then you can opt out of the lease, pay back 9 and a half years' worth of VAT of course (by this point it will seem like a very small amount) and the apartment is yours with no obligation to Resid'hotel.
