The Apartments
Prices range from 659,771E to 760,710E including VAT (506,648E to 591,045E excluding VAT), including furniture and parking.
The 2-bed apartments are approximately 70m² and the 3-bed apartments are approximately 80m².
Five of the ten available are laid out over two floors - what they call a 'duplex' arrangement.
All have a terrace of between 7 and 17m². The five duplex apartments also have some garden as they are laid out on the garden level plus one floor up.
Each apartment has a parking place underground and a parking place outside.
The yields for no personal occupation range from 4.12% to 4.14%, with most at 4.12%.
